MANAGUA - The police of the Rivas, in the southwestern part of Nicaragua, arrested the two crewmen of the boat that capsized in Cocibolca Lake (Great Lake of Nicaragua) on Friday, when 18 Ecuadorian illegal immigrants drowned.

Police arrested gang of Costa Rican currency counterfeiters

SAN JOSE - Agents from the delegation of the Organization of Judicial Investigation (OIJ in Spanish) of Alajuela and from the Attorney General's Office arrested nine people linked with a gang that forged ¢5,000 bills, the largest Costa Rican bank note, worth almost $20 each.
